We are sorry for the inconvenience and this is frustrating for everyone involved. In April the Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic will only be open Monday’s and Thursday’s for sick patients only. We can not do Spay and neuters, nail trims, grooming, wellness exams, or any other elective service. If you need medications or flea treatment on these days you may call from the parking lot, pay with a credit card, and then we will set your items outside. As for vaccines, we can ONLY give rabies if your pet has never had it before. If you had one in the past and it’s due, you will need to wait until May. The same goes with distemper vaccine. We can only give if they have never had a vaccine. Again if they have had one and are due, they will need to wait until May. Vaccines will be handled the same way. Call from the parking lot and pay with card, a technician will then meet you outside the door. Please understand we are trying to keep our doors open to be able to help the animals that really need us. Please be respectful and understanding so that we are able to get through this difficult time together. We must follow the mandate and made these decisions so the clinic will survive in the future and be able to help the ones that need it now. May you all stay safe and healthy, God bless.
