In response to the growing problem of overpopulation of companion animals. The Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic was established to provide easy access to services that will help reduce the surplus of companion animals. The overpopulation problem leads to forced euthanasia, great suffering and shorter and unhealthier lives for many companion animals.

The Clinic is working closely with local and surrounding animal welfare organizations.
